Mrs. Bailey grew up in North Carolina and moved to Franklin County in 2008. She married her husband, Alan, in 2009 and they have two children, William who was born in 2014, and Audrey Ann who was born in 2017. She has been teaching in Franklin County as a fifth-grade teacher since 2008 and taught one year before that in Guilford County. She received her undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University and her Master's in education from North Carolina State University.

Miss Crandall graduated from Houghton University with a Bachelor of Science in Inclusive Childhood Education and a Bachelor of Science in Communication. She was co-valedictorian of her graduating class. She played four years on the Houghton Softball team. Go Highlanders! She taught twenty-seven third graders at Exploration Elementary Charter School in Rochester, New York, where she was born and raised. Spending time with her family, especially her two younger brothers and her parents, is important to her. She also loves to spend time with extended family and friends, enjoys time outdoors, loves the beach, and traveling to new places. This is her first year at Bunn Elementary School! She is excited to build relationships with her students, the parents, the staff, and the community. She believes that together we influence children to become life-long learners that positively contribute to our society.

Mrs. Clark is a third year teacher at Bunn Elementary. She was married in 2022 to her husband, Aidan. Formerly known as Ms. Jacobs, she enjoys being outside, hanging out with her cat bean, and spending time laughing with her family and friends. Math and Science are her favorite things to teach and she feels lucky that she gets to teach fun things everyday. She loves puns and all things Marvel. She attended school in Raleigh at William Peace University where she played softball and was a member of the honors college. Mrs. Clark loves being back in Franklin County where she attended grade school herself. She is thankful she gets to give back to the county that she grew up in.

Mrs. Lydia Huezo is a fourth year reading teacher at Bunn Elementary School. She is a Franklin County native and loved her K-12 experiences with Franklin County Schools so much, she decided to return as an educator! Mrs. Huezo graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2021, with two Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education and Spanish. Mrs. Huezo enjoyed teaching 3rd grade at Bunn Elementary during her first two years. She is excited to partner with 5th grade families for a second year as she helps grow 5th graders into lifetime learners, readers, and leaders!

Jessica Parker has been teaching students in the Bunn Elementary School community since 2005. She is committed to growing kind humans that learn for their mistakes. Mrs. Parker strives to encourage excitement for learning throughout all academic subjects, however she is partial to Reading and Social Studies.
